Reign Supreme will be playing the legion Wednesday evening. They were here less than 2 weeks ago and needed help to fill a date. Knowing how much they love Montreal and how much Montreal loves them, we figured a last minute show to help them out was perfect. Also playing the show will be History, also from Philadelphia and Montreal’s own Vandamn! See you all on Wednesday.
We’re super stoked to announced that Abyssed have been added to the Blackships tour launch on sept 4th at lbh. Abyssed are incredible and know how to party so you know this show will be that much better. check the video section for some videos from their show Friday night at katacombes. see you on the 4th.
This will be one to remember, Blackships will be kicking off their north american tour in montreal on september 4th at lbh. Blackships are the loudest band this city has to offer, if you dont believe us look it up on wikipedia. As far as this show is concerned, partying with them will also be Barn Burner, spoiler’s Adult Crash and all the way from mass, Relics. We are waiting on confirmation from one more band, well let you know and update this when we figure it out. We need this show over so please show up on time.
A little less than a year ago, Tremblay and Hugo started lifers. Fast forward 11 months, countless incredible interviews and reviews and lifers zine is seeing the light of day. We haven’t had a chance to look at the actual zine yet, but based on the blog, you know you’re in for a great read. Cover artwork is done by none other than Spoiler and he really did an incredible job with it. The first issue will be available through Hugo and Tremblay at the Reign Supreme show on saturday and for all the out of town readers you can hit them up for a copy at This is Hardcore fest in Phila next weekend. Mad props to Lifers for putting out a paper zine in 2008 all while keeping it real.
Philadelphia’s Reign Supreme are making a stop in our lovely city this coming Saturday August 16th. The show will be at the legion and is somewhat of an early one. Doors at 6, first band at 6:30. All done by 10:30. Come out and support. This show will definitely be one to remember seeing as its a stacked line up with support from The Carrier, Glue, Round II, Regiment and Crucial Times. Once this is over make your way to barfly to catch Barn Burner.
Barn Burner played Divan Orange last night. All new songs from their upcoming full length on storyboard records. Here’s a video from one of these songs. Barn Burner play Saturday night at Barfly. They will go on fairly late so come out to the reign supreme show and then head over to barfly after.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel the upcoming show with war hungry, swamp thing, vile intent and vandamn! War hungry have decided to take head home after their michigan shows. It seems that with rising gas prices, and low attendance at shows, it’s been really hard for bands to tour. Other shows we have announced are still happening, and expect a few announcements soon. thanks for understanding.

A couple weeks ago we got an email from a band called Glue asking us if they could play an upcoming show we had planned. Not being very familiar with the band we checked them out and were quite surprised. Glue is the new band from the Schumsky brothers featuring Red Ranger (attitude/Eternal Youth) on vocals.
